A small battle…..

Ek choti si ladayee

Shabdo ke khiladi, keh na paye baat seedhi si,
Shaatir the raahi, chal na paye raah seedhi si,

Chandni ratein beeti suraj ki chaah kiye,
utre paani me, bina dariya ki thaah liye.

Darjano sapno ki maala, piroyee rato mein,
Jane kya baat ban gayee thi, bato bato mein.

Aaj jab, varsha ki boondo mein bheege sare tan,
kisi sehra sa , banjar lagne laga mera man.

kab tak kal ke vaadon ka intezaar kare?
kab tak haar se, yu aankhein chaar kare?

Silsila todne ki chaah dil ne aaj ki hai,
ummeed ki dor, phir samay ke haath ki hai.

    Have u seen the HBO television series “band of brothers”?
    If u have not, there is a battle sequence amidst one such snow laden and foggy jungle. U can not see your enemy approaching and when u finally see them, u have to shoot otherwise they will.
    so basically the picture reminded me of small battles amidst a big war…

    does that explain me?
